SELL YOUR PRECONSTRUCTION

In the past if you wanted to resell or "flip" your pre-construction unit and found that several other buyers in that building wanted to do the same, you often found you could not sell it as quickly as you might like.

We do advertise in the proper magazines and newspapers, and we promote your pre-construction on our websites, which are visited by over a thousand clients every day, as a result of them being top ranked with all the major search engines around the world.

1. You list your condo for sale with our company Prudential Fl WCI Realty. We do this with a basic listing agreement contract that we will both agree on.

2. Once the listing agreement is signed by both Prudential and yourself, we start marketing your condo to all of our contacts around the world. The more people we contact the better chances we have of selling your unit immediately.

3. As soon as we receive offers from buyers we will immediately notify you. If you do not agree to the offer that was presented, we will continue to go back and forth and present all counteroffers, until you and the buyer agree.

4. Once you and the buyer agree on an exact price a sale is made! Congratulations!! We charge you a 6% commission, and that’s it, no surprise fees or hidden fees. If your condo does not sell for any reason whatsoever then you do not owe us anything.

Here are some Key Facts You Should Know

1. We currently only sell property in the state of Florida.
2. Many developers of Condominiums prohibit you from reselling your condo without their permission. Read your contract carefully or take a look at your Condo Documents. If your Purchase Agreement prohibits re-sales you can ask the developer for an "assignment rider", which is a special form or addendum that grants you permission to list your condo for sale with a broker.
