JADEOcean will be a 50-story Ultra Luxury Oceanfront Condominium, located on Collins Avenue in SunnyIslesBeach. The design is by Carlos Ott and will be among his many world re-known masterpieces from the Americas, Europe and Asia. The project is undertaken by one of South Floridašs leading property development companies, Fortune International. The building will have an avant-garde design completely covered in glass. One of the most striking features will be its main swimming pool, which will extend below the building's structure and will lead into a waterfall in front of it. Furthermore, JadeOcean will be an intelligent building that will offer the latest in technology in the form of operating and security devices. In this way, it will follow the lead of its predecessor, Jade Residences at BrickellBay, a Fortune International development project that set a new standard in technology as applied to a private building.
There will be a total of 256 units in the building, of which 12 are Skylofts / Penthouses. Every unit will have a direct ocean front view.
